About the role

This is a full-time company driver role. The driver will mainly operate a Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border licensed left-hand drive vehicle from the Mainland. You will provide transportation for company business trips and hospitality pick-up & drop-off services. Work coverage includes the whole of Hong Kong and commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Daily duties include safe driving, vehicle maintenance and supporting administrative errands. You must strictly observe confidentiality rules to fully protect the company's business information and the employer's personal privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for company senior management, guests and staff on business trips. Plan driving routes in advance to ensure safe, steady and punctual journeys.
• Daily vehicle management: Inspect vehicle safety condition before every trip, clean vehicle interior and exterior daily. Report vehicle faults promptly and follow up on maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with routine administrative errands including parcel collection and delivery, procurement, ad-hoc errands and other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Comply with confidentiality requirements strictly. Keep company internal business matters confidential and prevent any information leakage.

About you

• Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
• Hold a valid Hong Kong private car driving licence and a valid Mainland private car driving licence.
• Experience in driving cross-border licensed vehicles.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience as a business driver.
• Clean driving record, with no major traffic accidents, dangerous driving or serious traffic offences.
• Familiar with roads, parking locations and peak-hour traffic conditions across all districts on Hong Kong Island with strong route knowledge.
• Full-time Hong Kong business driving experience required; candidates with combined driver-and-assistant experience are preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin and basic spoken English.
• Good physical health, satisfactory eyesight, no alcohol abuse or smoking habits, able to work long-term stably.
• Good conduct, no criminal record, reliable and able to follow work instructions.
