About the role

Manage and oversee solar power system installation projects (focusing on Residential and small C&I rooftop installations) across multiple projects from site survey through engineering documentation, installation supervision, system testing, and project handover. Ensure completion meets deadlines, safety standards, and customer satisfaction while controlling project budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, measure installation positions and cable routes, inspect existing electrical systems, take photographs, assess areas, and prepare site survey reports
• Manage and oversee concurrent multi-project installations, supervise contractors to work according to specifications and safety standards
• Prepare engineering documents including Material Approval, Material Planning, and technical documentation for permit submissions and project-related matters
• Record and prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update clients
• Extract BOQ, list materials and equipment, and control project costs
• Coordinate with clients, conduct system testing, and prepare project handover documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-2 years of experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings (Single Line Diagram, Layout, Shop Drawing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High flexibility and multi-tasking capability to manage multiple projects
• Able to drive to site inspections
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to handle pressure well
