1.主導下一代鋰電池科技(固態電池、超高能量密度體系等)電芯基礎研發體系頂層設計,構建中長期技術路線圖,明確關鍵技術節點與資源佈局,支撐公司未來產品戰略。

2.統籌電芯核心技術(資料/結構/工藝)研發規劃與項目落地,緊密跟踪前沿技術動態,製定科技反覆運算路徑,驅動產品效能陞級與差异化競爭力構建,確保技術領先性與市場適配度同步演進。

3.深耕新型電極資料體系開發與介面工程等基礎研究,主導資料設計-機理驗證-性能優化的全鏈條研發,突破高能量密度、高安全、長迴圈壽命等覈心效能瓶頸,形成自主知識產權壁壘。

4.搭建高規格電芯研發實驗平臺,構建資料-工藝-效能多元資料庫,建立標準化測試與驗證體系,夯實數據驅動的研發範式,加速科技-產品轉化效率。

5.組建並領導跨學科研發團隊(電化學/工藝/模擬),建立人才培養與激勵機制,推動產學研深度融合,打造永續的創新生態與科技人才梯隊。

任職資格

**學歷要求:**博士及以上學歷

**專業要求:**新能源資料、電化學、物理化學、化工及化學類專業

**需要具備的專業知識:**具備上述專業要求相關的專業知識

經驗要求:
1.五年以上鋰行業工作經驗;

2.深入掌握鋰離子電芯資料特性、結構設計、製備工藝及性能優化科技;

3.主導過至少2項覈心電芯技術研發或量產項目;

4.熟悉鋰電池大型生產制造技術與科技現狀,具有產業化工作經驗者優先。

技能要求:
1.良好的專案管理能力;

2.良好的英語能力;

3.良好的團隊管理和建設能力;

4.良好的溝通能力;

5.良好的書面表達能力,報告能力。
