一、人员素质要求

1.大专以上学历； 

2. 3年以上相关客服管理岗位经验；

 

3.熟练操作office软件，擅长数据分析，了解行政工作的要求及工作职能，具有丰富的统筹业务经验；

4.性格开朗，具备较好的主动意识、沟通能力、理解能力、执行力和服务意识； 

5.具备前瞻性和判断力，善于决策； 

6.能在高强度工作环境下工作，具备较好的心理承受能力及抗压力； 

7.对IFM行政服务观念有一定认知。

二、岗位职责

1.负责客户服务、泛行政的事务管理工作； 

2.制定客服各端口岗位的工作目标和计划； 

3.制定月度、季度、年度培训计划，不断提升员工服务意识，提高服务水平； 

4.对所负责收发室、热线前台、高管区等进行巡查、汇总、总结提出整改方案； 

5.负责组织实施物业管理各项制度、流程、标准； 

6. 负责客户关系的建设和维护，处理重大客户投诉； 

7. 负责组织客户满意度调查工作，提升客户满意度；

 8. 定期组织品质自查自纠及现场整改工作，强化对服务供应商的督导与合作； 

9.搭建完整的客户服务培训体系，持续提升团队业务技能和服务水平； 

10. 识别、控制物业管理潜在风险，协助项目负责人处理紧急突发事件；

 

11.向上级汇报相关工作同时安排及落实上级安排的其他任务。
