- 全面统筹公司人力资源战略规划与执行，确保人力资源体系与公司业务发展目标对齐
- 负责人力资源六大模块的日常运营管理，包括招聘配置、薪酬绩效、培训发展、员工关系等
- 主导组织效能提升项目，通过优化流程与资源配置，推动人均效能 4.搭建并完善人才梯队与继任计划，确保关键岗位储备率达到90%
- 定期进行人力资源数据分析，为管理层决策提供至少每季度一次的人力资源运营报告
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业背景
- 具备5年以上制造业人力资源全盘管理经验，有新能源锂电行业背景者优先
- 精通人力资源各模块实务，擅长组织发展与效能提升，有成功的人效提升项目案例
- 熟悉国家劳动法律法规，具备优秀的沟通协调能力、数据分析能力和团队领导力
- 能够熟练使用HRIS系统及Office办公软件，具备较强的抗压能力和多任务处理能力
