该职位来源于猎聘 SPAD器件工程师 Base：南京/上海 工作职能： 1、负责SPAD器件的电学结构与光学结构设计 2、负责器件版图的设计与绘制 3、负责器件测试方案制定、测试数据分析 4、协助工艺开发人员和foundry合作进行器件工艺的开发 岗位要求： 1、微电子或者相关专业硕士以上学历，硕士博士优先 2、3年以上半导体器件研发相关的工作经验，有CIS/SPAD等光电器件经验优先 3、熟练掌握TCAD仿真、FDTD仿真、Virtuoso版图绘制软件的使用（满足两项即可） 4、熟悉半导体工艺流程，有工艺开发工作经历的优先
