About the role

This role is responsible for post-sales process management, root cause analysis, data governance, and operational excellence. You will establish standardized workflows, drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, and explore AI applications in operations and fault handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and manage post-sales processes and standards to ensure consistency across all operational stages
• Lead in-depth analysis of faults and issues, produce root cause analysis reports, and drive corrective actions to closure
• Manage post-sales data governance, establish cross-system data auditing and quality control mechanisms to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee cross-system review of post-sales business materials, standardize and automate review processes to reduce manual effort and improve delivery quality
• Create operational documentation including maintenance standards, on-call guidelines, and operational manuals to establish a standardized knowledge management system
• Explore AI applicability across post-sales service processes and develop skills to apply AI in operational analysis and fault handling
• Manage and monitor post-sales operational metrics, conduct in-depth analysis across the full fault resolution lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement to ensure service stability

About you

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network operations, IT systems operations, or related fields
• Experience in post-sales support or operations analysis is preferred
• Familiarity with post-sales and business processes, understanding of operations support system architecture and work order management mechanisms
• Data analysis capability with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and similar tools; technical documentation writing ability with capacity to independently create maintenance standards and guidelines
• Understanding of AI applications in operations and data analysis
• Systems thinking and logical analysis capability to quickly identify and drive problem resolution; ability to manage high-pressure multi-threaded work with priority judgment
• Self-motivated learner with strong sense of responsibility for operational compliance and data quality
