外饰工程师（功能件）

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties: ⚫ Interface to customer. ⚫ Supplier management. ⚫ Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry ⚫ With the request of group leader or project responsible, leading SE-team to execute & fulfill the work package/module/system independently ⚫ Ensure system deliverable meet customer and MSC quality requirement. ⚫ Ensure system timing (develop timing and manufacture timing) meeting project timing requirement. ⚫ Report Project status to project and exterior department. ⚫ Exterior visibility styling feasibility check and management supplier development. ⚫ Create/Check/tracking the system timing according to master timing. ⚫ Lead the engineering regular meeting and topical meeting. ⚫ Homologation check. ⚫ Visual BOM create and check. ⚫ Master sections define and check. ⚫ Technical documents (SSTS, SOR, etc.) define and update according to project requirement. ⚫ Benchmarking and compare report define according to project requirement. ⚫ Launch build support and issue solving. ⚫ Prepare milestone deliverables. ⚫ Other requirements from project and department. ⚫ Lead department technical accumulation and improvement. ⚫ Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization. Qualification ⚫ Experienced designer, 8+ years preferred (5+ years minimum) ⚫ Good experience on the Exterior visibility systems, with work experience in China OEM or supplier preferred. ⚫ Experienced at least 2 of following parts as minimum: Wiper, Washer system, Glazing, Glass roof,Lighting, Inner mirror. ⚫ Relative knowledge on other system such as Body, trim, CV, chassis, EE etc. ⚫ Be proficient in CATIA software. ⚫ Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed. ⚫ Could be suitable for business trip for project. ⚫ Good communication ability both in mandarin and English. ⚫ Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
