Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Project Delivery: Independently oversee the delivery, implementation, and acceptance of O&M projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Technical Expertise: Possess 1+ year of O&M management experience. Capable of independently troubleshooting and repairing intelligent systems, including Monitoring (CCTV), Access Control, Networking, and Building Automation (BA) systems.

Client & Site Management: Manage on-site operations and protocols while maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and expectation management.

Coordination & Documentation: Demonstrate excellent cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills. Proficient in drafting technical proposals and using CAD/Office tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Mindset: Highly responsible with a strong service orientation, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
