• 编辑TJ 文件指导经销商维修车辆。 Edit TJ files to guide dealers in repairing vehicles. 5.定期统计工单完成状态（KPI）。 Regularly track the completion status (KPI) of tickets. 任职要求 Core Qualifications 1.本科及以上学历，技术支持、汽车工程或相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above; technical support, Automotive Engineering, or related preferred. 2.5年以上汽车技术支持经验，其中至少3年海外业务经验。 5+ years in automotive technical support, with 3+ years in overseas markets. 3.熟悉车辆构造以及车辆诊断。 Familiar with vehicle structure and vehicle diagnosis. 4.英语可作为工作语言，具备出色的跨文化沟通能力。 English as a working language; excellent cross-cultural communication capability. 5.注重细节、责任心强，擅长跨部门协作。 Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in cross-functional collaboration.
