Job Duties:
Handle Staff reimbursement and supplier invoices verification and payment

Frequently communicate with requesters for doc request or amendment in request forms

Handle queries from requesters through phone and email

Support online banking or cheque payment

Update document register

Handle filing work

Handle Ad hoc task

Employment Terms:
Work Location: Wong Chuk Hang (close to MTR)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1800, off on Sat, Sun, and PH

Salary: HK$14,000.00/month

Contract Period: 12-month contract, with very good possibility of renewal

Candidate's Requirement:
F5 graduate or above

Be organized, detail minded, good in communication

Could speak in Mandarin, Cantonese, and able to write and read in English

Able to use Excel, outlook email

Preferable to have experience in expense verification (e.g. Account clerk experience / accounting background)

Immediate availability or with short notice period preferred
