職責描述
- 透過電話 或各種網上渠道，例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體
- 聯絡現有客戶 跟進續約服務, 以及推廣其他產品及服務, 如 csl.､ 1O1O､ 網上行, nowTV及家居智能電話等
- 致力提供良好客戶服務
- 跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
- 以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象
- 按需要協助處理其他工作
入職要求
- 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
- 具良好中英寫作能力
- 具良好的粵英口語溝通能力
- 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
- 客戶為先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
- 熟悉各種社交媒體渠道
Pay: $16,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
