该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责工艺技术开发与优化，提升产品良率 2.主导注塑模具设计评审，年降本目标达成 3.建立标准化工艺流程，缩短新产品导入周期
- 解决生产现场重大技术问题，确保月度产能达成 任职要求：
- 全日制大专及以上学历，机械/材料/电子相关专业，5年以上眼镜行业注塑工艺经验
- 精通注塑成型参数调试，熟悉ABS/PC/PMMA等材料特性
- 具备丰富的工厂改善项目经验，有完整注塑项目全流程管理经验
- 具备较强的责任心、分析及解决问题的能力
