Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责智能驾驶域控制器（ADC） 软件全生命周期项目管理，涵盖需求、开发、集成、测试、量产交付全流程。

2. 牵头制定项目计划，管控进度、成本、质量、风险，拉通软件、硬件、测试、供应链、车企客户等跨团队协同。

3. 负责域控软件相关里程碑管理：需求冻结、软件版本发布、SOP 节点达成、问题闭环与量产爬坡支持。

4. 主导项目问题与风险排查，推动软硬件兼容性、功能安全、信息安全、OTA 升级等关键问题解决。

5. 对接客户项目需求，输出项目周报、里程碑报告、变更管理、验收材料等，保障客户交付与满意度。

6. 参与项目流程建设，优化域控软件开发、集成、测试、变更、发布流程，提升研发效率与交付质量。

7. 跟进行业标准与法规（如 ISO 26262、ASPICE 等），支撑功能安全与流程合规落地。

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。

2. 3 年及以上智能驾驶 / 自动驾驶 / 车联网项目管理经验，有域控制器软件项目完整交付经验优先。

3. 熟悉智能驾驶域控架构：SoC、MCU、中间件、驱动、OS、算法集成、整车通信（CAN/CAN FD/Lin/Ethernet）等。

4. 熟悉软件开发流程：敏捷 / 瀑布 / ASPICE，具备需求管理、版本管理、变更管理、缺陷管理能力。

5. 有量产项目经验者优先：熟悉车规级开发、SOP 流程、整车厂（OEM）交付节奏与质量要求。

6. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、推动落地、冲突处理与多任务并行能力，抗压性强。

7. 有 PMP、Prince2、ASPICE、ISO26262 相关证书或经验者优先。
