דרוש/ה נציג/ת תפעול ושירות ללקוחות עסקיים! -מתן שירות ומענה ללקוחות עסקיים. -ביצוע פעולות, הפקת דו"חות ושליחתם לגורמים פנימיים במוקד וללקוחות , בהתאם לדרישה. -טיפול בפניות ומתן פתרונות מקצועיים.

עבודה מול מערכות וגורמים פנים ארגוניים. -ביצוע משימות תפעול שוטפות. תנאים: -שכר שעתי 43 ₪. -א'-ה' 7:45-17:00 / 8:45-18:00 פעמיים בשבוע, שישי 7:45-13:00 לסירוגין.
Excel ברמה טובה. -תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים. -יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת. -אחריות, סדר ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.
ניסיון קודם בשירות לקוחות או בתפקיד תפעולי - יתרון.
