材料工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责：

• 负责材料的国产化工作;
• 负责新材料的试验，小试到最终批量生产的整个过程；
• 解决材料加工中的技术问题；
• 支持日常生产过程中出现的材料相关问题解决；
• 负责制定及更新材料工艺标准；
• 负责给出Oracle系统中所需的技术方面的材料信息；
• 贯彻实施公司的环境方针、环境管理体系及紧急应变计划；
• 协助对新增化学材料进行评估分析，确保其符合公司关于禁用物质的相关要求；
• 按公司要求使用适当的保护措施、安全装备，并提醒及纠正其他员工在工作中不安全、不恰当的行为；
• 参与公司的精益生产，完成PPS，CI，5S的相关工作；
• 贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》
• 其他安排任务和职责。
• Responsible for material localization.
• Responsible for testing new materials, covering the whole process from lab to mass production
• Problem solving of material production process
• Support daily production and resolve material-related issues.
• Responsible for releasing material specifications.
• Responsible for providing technical information required for Oracle system.
• Implement the company’s environment policy, management system and urgency response plan.
• Evaluate new added chemicals to make sure they meet company’s requirements
• Use proper PPE and equipment according to GUPT HSE policy, remind and correct unsafe and improper behavior of other employees.
• Participate in corporate lean activities and complete relevant works of PPS, CI and 5S;
• Comply with applicable HSE and regulations as well as Site HSE instructions.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties.

• Familiar with belt production process and key control points of each step.
• Be able to develop recipes and solve material process issues independently .
• Capable of independently managing projects.
• Familiar with quality management procedures.

• Have basic English reading and writing skills.
• Good at office software.
• Hard-working with good teamwork spirit.
• QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
• Over 2 years’ working experience 2年及以上的工作经验
• College /University or above大学专/本科以上学历
• Polymer material or Chemistry specialty高分子材料或化学专业
• Skilled at office software 熟练操作办公软件
