项目经理（个人出行业务）

该职位来源于猎聘 SUMMARY: To deliver the project end-item within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications and in fulfilment of profit objectives. The position is ultimately responsible for project success. Key Responsibilities:  Lead CRB /GMPS gate review for product development projects of mobility belt – CVT /Syn Moto X5 and eBike /eMoto upgrade projects  Monitor project activities, tasks, and the results, which includes creating the work breakdown, schedule.  Follow up the progress for mobility projects (CVT/Sys Moto X5, C2B upgrade etc) to achieve the planning with CRB /GPMS gate.

 Regular review with product development /material/application team for the performance, process, cost target, work with the team to create more ideas /actions to achieve the target.  Escalate the case to management team for missing the plan or any does not meet the goal set at RG1 /Phase 1.

 Manage the system upgrade of eBike /eMoto with C2B activities. Provide the guide of belt and sprocket development for the quality, performance and cost. Push product team to development the belts and sprockets with cost and quality target on time.  Recommending termination or redirection of efforts when objectives cannot be achieved.  Identifying technical and functional problems, risk assessment and work with the team for the solution. Negotiating with and integrating functional managers and top management with high risk.  Solving problems directly or knowing where to find help.

Qualifications:  Bachelor degree or above, competent at English, knowledge of mechanical engineering  At least 8 years working experience, 4 years as APQP Project Manager in automotive industry  Have the knowledge the transmission belts & sprocket and belt driving systems  Have the knowledge for eBike and eMoto Chain system.  Flexible and adaptable, preference for initiative and leadership  Demonstrate the project management and effective communication with cross function team  Able to balance technical solutions with the performance, time, cost, and human factors  Well organized and disciplined
