About the Role

岗位：专员，大健康客服

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 在承诺的时间内准确回答关于保险计划、保全、理赔等问题，并按照公司的规范给到客户最优的解决方案, 提高一通电话的解决率。
• 根据客户的需求帮助客户做就诊前预约。
• 协助公司直付医院来电查询客户的福利。
• 与内外部客户做有效沟通，高效解决客户问题。
• 与销售和客户经理团队紧密合作，提供并改善给客户的服务。
• 能够发现流程中需要改进的地方并且向相关管理层提出反馈。
• 积极主动给团队的所有成员提供支持以达成运营目标。  定期交流和提升通话质量，提高通话质量标准。

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 大学专科以上学历。 2-3年医疗相关经验，理赔经验或专业客服经验；
• 英语和普通话听说读写流利。 有保险行业背景或者英文流利者优先；
• 较强的人际沟通技巧，口齿清晰，书面语言文字流利，能较好得和内外部人员沟通；
• 精通电脑，熟练使用办公软件，如word, Excel, MS Outlook. 会PowerPoint 优先。
