岗位职责： 1、根据业务流程，梳理核心指标并逐层拆解； 2、建立指标分析体系，构建完整的业务分析框架； 3、根据业务需求，提供专业化的数据挖掘、分析，探索运营部效率优化方案； 4、建立预测/预警模型，前置识别异常和风险因素，提供优化策略建议任职要求： 1、具备数据分析或数据挖掘经验 2、精通SQL，熟练使用Excel等，熟练使用至少一种脚本语言（Python、Shell） 3、对机器学习原理有扎实的理解，精通 LR，RF，GBDT，DNN等主流机器学习算法原理，能结合具体应用场景的建模 4、对业务有好奇心，主动学习，擅长团队合作，并具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够高效推动项目进展 5、每周到岗3天以上，实习6个月，有转正机会

职位薪资：

200-300/天
