What they need
協助網店日常營運及貨倉文書工作，包括更新網上平台產品資料、處理訂單、執貨包裝及售後服務。
主要職責
更新網上銷售平台的產品資料、價格及庫存
處理網上訂單，包括執貨、對單、包裝及安排出貨
處理退換貨、退款、客戶查詢及貨品異常問題
利用系統及 Excel 維護庫存、訂單及銷售數據
完成上司或其他部門指派的工作
入職要求
中五或以上程度，或具兩年相關經驗
熟悉一般電腦應用及 Excel formula，如 VLOOKUP
良好粵語讀寫能力及基本英語
具良好溝通能力，願意處理執貨及包裝工作
細心、有責任感、誠實、守時，能獨立工作
工作時間及假期
- 上班時間：09:00 - 19:00 及 13:00 - 22:00
- 每月 6 天休息日（輪休）
