About the role

This role involves selling and providing service for tiles (ceramic, porcelain, granite) and related equipment (grout, cement adhesive, sanitary ware) to general customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project owners. You will provide consultation on tile specifications, patterns, area calculations, and appropriate applications for customer projects. You will welcome and support customers visiting the showroom or contact them via telephone and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell tiles and related equipment to various customer types including general customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project owners
• Provide consultation on tile specifications, patterns, area calculations, and appropriate usage for customer projects
• Welcome and care for customers visiting the showroom or contact via telephone and online channels
• Prepare quotations and open bills/purchase orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate product delivery with the warehouse department
• Maintain sample products (mockups/displays) and cleanliness within the showroom
• Drive sales performance to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

About you

• Vocational certificate (ปวส.) or bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, interior architecture, design, or related field
• Experience in sales of construction materials, tiles, or sanitary ware is highly valued
• Own personal vehicle
