本公司是泥水二判工程公司。我們正在尋找一位稱職且可靠的工料測量助理/工料測量員，以強化我們的合約後服務。此職位需要一位結合技術精準與商業意識的專業人士。您將被委以合約管理、成本控制、客戶關係管理、分包商績效監督，以及解決複雜合約事務的責任。

主要職責

提供全面的合約後工程量測量服務，包括合約管理、成本估算、成本控制及指定專案的最終結算

擔任與客戶顧問的主要聯絡人，並管理分包商的業務

處理並解決關鍵合約問題，包括延長時間及損失及費用理賠

工料測量、建築研究或相關學科的學位或高級文憑

至少有3-5年泥水相關經驗，並能證明曾經參與大型專案——在主承包商或裝修承包商環境中累積的經驗非常有利

實務現場經驗是必備條件，並需具備強大的人際溝通與談判能力

精通 MS Office 應用程式

流利使用英語、廣東話及普通話（書寫及口語)

薪金面議

每星期5.5天-(星期六為長短週輪班制)

About the role

Our company operates as a secondary subcontractor for plastering, tiling, and wet works.We are seeking a competent and reliable Quantity Surveying Assistant/Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our post-contract services. This position requires a professional who combines technical precision with commercial awareness. You will be entrusted with responsibilities in contract management, cost control, client relationship management, subcontractor performance supervision, and resolution of complex contractual matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-contract engineering quantity surveying services, including contract management, cost estimation, cost control and final settlement for designated projects
• Serve as the main point of contact with client advisors and manage subcontractor business dealings
• Resolve critical contractual issues, including extension of time and loss and expense claims
• Perform quantity surveying duties

About you

• Degree or advanced diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of experience in plastering and waterproofing works, with demonstrated involvement in large-scale projects
• Experience accumulated in main contractor or fit-out contractor environments is highly advantageous
• Practical site experience is a prerequisite
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
