• Achieve annal assigned sales volume, and standard margin targets in designated area and territory.
• Lead new business pursuit by professionally representing SW company in customer calls and meeting, through bidding process and effectively leveraging all internal resources such as Technical Service, Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain functions.
• Interpret and analyze Voice of Customer. Drive for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction rate year-on-year.
• Promote Sherwin brand awareness and reputation and expand protective coating market share among target customers/market segments.
• Maintain good relationship with key accounts to ensure a sustainable long-term growth.
• Be responsible for distributor management and ensure 100% legal compliance.
• Be key focal point in handling customer complaint and ensure on-time response and good problem solving.
• Be responsible for AR payment collection.
• Maintain sharp market insight and seize sales opportunity promptly.

Position Requirements Protective industry experience

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in chemical industry. Protective & Marine segment preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skill.
• Customer oriented. Proven track record of new business pursuit a plus.
• Can-do attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skill.
• Team player.
• Strong market insight to drive business growth.
• Distributor management experience.
• Demonstrating high level of integrity.
