About the Role

Join our Los Angeles AI team as an Agent Algorithm Engineer, building intelligent agent capabilities for customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent algorithms, planning, tool use, retrieval, memory, and evaluation systems.

• Improve model quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through experiments and production feedback.

• Partner with product, backend, data, and operations teams to ship robust AI features.

• Establish evaluation, monitoring, rollout, and incident-response practices for agent systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, recommender systems, or agent algorithms.

• Strong Python and deep learning experience; familiarity with LLMs, RAG, evaluation, and distributed systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Language

Professional English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus for collaboration with China HQ.
