该职位来源于猎聘 一、Job Summary / 职位概述 The Senior Sourcing Engineer leads sourcing projects, supplier development, and commercial negotiations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity. The role works with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, material qualification, and business needs in line with company requirements. 高级供应商开发工程师负责采购项目、供应商开发及商务谈判，持续改善成本、质量、交付和供应稳定性。该岗位与跨部门团队合作，支持新产品导入、材料认证及业务需求，并确保符合公司要求。 二、Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Lead sourcing projects from RFQ and supplier selection through negotiation, qualification, and production launch. 主导采购项目，从询价、供应商筛选和谈判，到认证及量产导入。
• Source, evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers in line with company procedures. 按照公司流程开展供应商寻源、评估、认证及导入。
• Develop cost-reduction plans and conduct cost breakdown, should-cost, market trend, and total cost analysis. 制定降本计划，并开展成本拆解、目标成本、市场趋势及总成本分析。
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead time, inventory, and other commercial terms. 负责价格、合同、付款条件、交期、库存及其他商务条款的谈判。
• Develop alternative materials, suppliers, or manufacturing solutions to improve cost, quality, delivery, or supply continuity. 开发替代材料、供应商或制造方案，改善成本、质量、交付或供应稳定性。
• Work with Engineering and Quality to evaluate and qualify new materials and suppliers. 与工程和质量团队合作，评估并认证新材料和新供应商。
• Build commodity and supplier strategies covering localization, dual sourcing, capacity, and supply risk. 制定品类和供应商策略，涵盖本地化、双供应源、产能及供应风险。
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service. 跟进供应商表现，推动成本、质量、交付及服务改善。
• Manage multiple projects, supplier escalations, site visits, and business reviews, and report progress and risks clearly. 管理多个项目、供应商升级问题、现场拜访及业务回顾，并清晰汇报进度和风险。
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, contract requirements, and applicable regulations. 确保采购活动符合公司政策、合同要求及相关法规。 三、Qualifications / 任职资格
• Associate degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 工程、供应链管理、商科、经济、金融或相关专业大专及以上学历。
• Three to five years of experience in die-cut material development. 具有3–5年模切材料开发经验。
• Able to independently manage complex RFQs, negotiations, supplier qualification, and cross-functional projects. 能够独立负责复杂询价、商务谈判、供应商认证及跨部门项目。
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in cost and market analysis. 具备较强的分析和问题解决能力，并有成本及市场分析经验。
• Good negotiation, communication, project management, and English skills. 具备良好的谈判、沟通、项目管理及英语能力。
• Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 工作主动、责任心强，能够在快节奏环境中同时处理多项任务。
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to travel as required, including overseas travel. 熟练使用Microsoft Excel，并能够根据工作需要出差，包括海外出差。 Preferred Qualifications / 优先条件
• Experience with POWERBI or other ERP and sourcing systems is preferred. 有POWERBI或其他ERP及采购系统使用经验者优先。
• Knowledge of new product introduction, supplier quality, contract management, and global supply-chain operations is preferred. 具备新产品导入、供应商质量、合同管理及全球供应链运作相关知识者优先。
• Experience in developing overseas suppliers, localization, dual sourcing, or supply continuity planning is preferred. 有海外供应商开发、本地化、双供应源或供应连续性规划经验者优先。
• Sourcing experience working for a leading die-cut manufacturer in China or overseas is preferred. 具有国内外知名模切厂sourcing工作经验者优先。
