崗位職責
- 項目統籌：勘測、圖紙會審、預算覆核，對接各方，辦理開工手續
- 合規管理：辦理屋宇署、機電署、消防處等許可，落實垃圾、噪音管制
- 現場管控：統籌班組工序，管理工藝、工期、材料，文明施工
- 質安管控：落實香港安全條例，排查隱患，把控水電防水隱蔽工程
- 成本進度：管控預算、損耗、簽證，編排計劃，保障按期完工
- 多方協調：對接業主、物業、班組、供應商，處理現場突發問題與客訴
- 交付維保：組織分階段驗收，整理竣工資料，跟進質保維修
任職要求
- 3年以上工程項目管理經驗
- 熟悉香港本地工程運作流程，能夠獨立全權負責工程項目
- 兩文三語，粵語、普通話、英語溝通順利
- 具備識讀工程施工圖紙的能力
薪酬： 每月 $18,000.00 起
