About the role

Responsible for legal cases, legal advice, and legal work related to assigned tasks. Receive authority from clients or the office to conduct criminal cases, civil cases, and other legal proceedings. Provide legal consultation and legal opinions according to work responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle legal cases, legal advice, and provide legal consultation related to assigned work
• Maintain high responsibility, work independently, and protect client confidentiality
• Receive authority from clients or the office to conduct criminal, civil, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and draft legal documents, case documents, and related case materials
• Coordinate with government agencies and other relevant organisations related to cases
• Research information, update legal regulations and legal issues regularly
• Coordinate with clients, relevant agencies, and internal team

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law
• Lawyer's license and driver's license
• At least 3 years of experience in legal cases or legal practice
• Flexibility to travel and stay in different provinces
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
