该职位来源于猎聘 1.化学工艺与工程，油气储运，石油天然气等相关专业毕业 2.熟练使用PDMS软件 3.英语过4级 4.海工行业出身优先考虑

• Coordinate piping engineering to support yard fabrication, solve problem and initiate site query to ensure fabrication productivity.
• Understand piping full scope of work, contract type and milestone schedule, review project scope of work and task listing, schedule, specification and understand the requirement and deliverable
• Co-ordinate requirements for construction engineering and technical support with the engineering and design, layout team, MCS group from design stage to work pack and test pack compilation and execution stage.
• Take part in piping design and constructability reviews to ensure adequate planning, material identification and input at design stage through to hook up.
• Prepare piping work front based on drawing issue and material delivery.
• Prepare pre-hang and pre-install spool and support list to construction team and CE.
• Co-ordinate material issue including free issue material tracing, material requisition, report fabrication progress and issue notice for critical action.
• Review scope changes, additional works or reworks and initiate revision orders / change orders, and register into PIMS for management of change.
• At project commencement review the fabrication schedule, suggest corrections to the planning team.
• Review design model / drawings for constructability and identify any special items / subcontract requirements.
• Raise site query to implement revisions to assist build sequencing and improve productivity.
• Review piping vendor data for interdisciplinary interface as required.
• Monitor piping work pack issue and advise priorities to designer based on material availability and installation sequence etc.
• Provide assistance to MCS group in the requirements for material top up order and miscellaneous requirement.
• Raise site query to utilise available material (substitution) or deviation as required.
• Prepare and issue activity notice to the client / all concerned people.
• Prepare piping weekly fabrication and erection progress report, piping support weekly progress report and monitor production man-hour and productivity.
• Review 4 week look ahead plan and identify the constraints (material / drawings)
• Prepare piping procedure and issue timely.
• Review test pack and give advice to designer.
• Preparation of punch list, and closure tracking
• Take part in line walk of test pack, assist QC to prepare punch list.
• Co-ordinate and support construction supervisor to manage sub-contractors if any.
• Red line mark up and signing of as-built fabrication drawings. X). Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
