岗位职责： 1. 负责视频剪辑软件的社媒账号（公众号 / 视频号 / 小红书 / B站）日常内容运营 2. 策划教程、案例、玩法类选题，跟进数据复盘，输出增长思路 3. 收集整理用户反馈，与产品、剪辑同学协作推动体验优化 4. 协助策划线上活动与用户社群维护 任职要求： 1. 熟悉主流内容平台的内容调性，刷得多更要看得懂“为什么火” 2. 文案功底扎实，会写、敢写、写得快，有自媒体账号运营经验加分 3. 在校大学生，专业不限，新闻传播、中文、市场营销等相关专业加分 4. 对数据敏感，能用数据验证选题，而不是凭感觉拍脑袋
