[全職] 高級麵包生產員(長沙灣)

工作內容:

• 負責各款麵包的日常生產與製作

• 熟悉全套麵包製作過程，包括: 打粉、攪拌、發酵、整形到烘焙

• 準確量度原材料，如麵粉、牛油等

• 操作大型打粉機(攪拌機)進行麵糰或餡料的調製

• 負責入爐、出爐的工作，定時監控進度

• 需體力勞動，搬運大袋原材料或重物 (如25kg麵粉及烘烤架等)

• 一般工場雜務，包括清潔

職位要求:

• 必須具備最少2年或以上麵包製作或食品廠生產相關工作經驗

• 學歷不拘

• 一般粵語，懂讀寫中文，良好的溝通技巧

• 工作勤奮，具備良好的安全意識

• 團隊精神及良好工作態度

**工作地點：**長沙灣青山道666號奇華工業大廈 (荔枝角站B出口5-7分鐘)

**工作時間：**上午7時至下午3時30分 (有需要時配合加班工作)，每週工作6天，每天工作8.5小時，固定班別輪休

月薪：$15,000
