2. 日常口译与沟通保障：负责中罗双方工作会议、技术培训、现场生产对接、日常工作沟通的口译工作；消除语言沟通障碍，保障生产、管理、协作工作高效顺畅推进。

3. 译文审核与语言资料管理：校对、审核各类翻译文稿，修正翻译偏差，统一行业及厂区专业术语；整理归档翻译资料，更新术语库，持续保障厂区所有技术、官方文件翻译质量与内容一致性。

4. 厂区多语言运营支持：为工厂招聘、员工培训、厂区巡检、对外合作等全场景提供语言支撑；协助中外团队理解当地法规及公司管理制度，助力工厂管理运营及跨境协作工作有序开展。

Localization: Responsible for Chinese-Romanian bilingual translation. Accurately translate factory technical documents, production processes, job regulations, customs clearance materials, contracts and administrative documents. Unify professional terminology for construction machinery, complete document localization in strict accordance with company standards, and ensure all translations are accurate, standardized and practically applicable.

2. Daily Interpretation and Communication Support: Provide on-site interpretation for Chinese-Romanian business meetings, technical training, production coordination and daily workplace communication. Eliminate language barriers and ensure efficient and smooth progress of production, management and team collaboration.

3. Translation Review and Language Resource Management: Proofread and review all translated documents, correct translation deviations, and unify industrial and factory professional terminology. Sort and archive translation materials and update the terminology database continuously to guarantee the consistent high quality of all factory technical and official documents.

4. Multilingual Operational Support: Provide full-scenario language support for factory recruitment, employee training, site inspection and external cooperation. Assist Chinese and local teams in understanding local regulations and company management systems, and support the orderly operation of factory management and cross-border collaboration.

1、学历与语言资质

本科及以上学历，罗马尼亚语、翻译、外语类相关专业，母语级罗马尼亚语能力，精通中罗双语互译，语法扎实、文笔严谨，持有专业翻译证书者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Romanian Language, Translation or related foreign language disciplines. Native-level Romanian proficiency and excellent Chinese-Romanian bilingual translation ability with rigorous writing skills. Professional translation certification is preferred.

2、专业翻译与行业经验

3年及以上相关翻译工作经验，熟悉工程机械、制造业厂区技术文件、生产工艺、管理制度、外贸合同及清关资料翻译；具备专业术语梳理、文档本地化落地经验，可精准匹配工厂生产运营场景翻译需求。

At least 3 years of professional translation experience. Familiar with the translation of construction machinery and manufacturing documents, including technical files, production processes, management regulations, foreign contracts and customs clearance materials. Experienced in professional terminology unification and document localization for factory operation scenarios.

3、现场口译与沟通能力

具备优秀的实时口译能力，可独立胜任中罗工作会议、技术培训、生产现场对接、日常工作沟通口译工作，快速消除双语沟通壁垒，保障跨团队协作高效推进。

Excellent simultaneous and on-site interpretation skills. Capable of independently undertaking interpretation for Sino-Romanian work meetings, technical training, production site docking and daily communication, eliminating language barriers and ensuring efficient cross-team collaboration.

4、文稿审核与资料管理能力

熟练完成翻译文稿校对、审核、纠错优化工作，擅长统一厂区专业术语体系；具备资料归档、术语库更新维护能力，可长期保障厂区各类技术、官方文件翻译的准确性与一致性。

Proficient in proofreading, reviewing and optimizing translated documents, and skilled in unifying factory professional terminology systems. Capable of filing translation materials and updating terminology database, ensuring the long-term accuracy and consistency of factory technical and official documents.
