该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

• Build oncology therapeutic area project team, lead the discovery and preclinical stage drug discovery projects for oncology indications, mainly biologics drug. 组建肿瘤治疗领域项目团队，领导肿瘤疾病药物（以生物药为主）的发现与临床前阶段项目。
• Key member of the drug discovery leadership team. Provide Oncology expertise support. Evaluate and guide milestone endorsement for preclinical candidates. 作为药物发现领导团队核心成员，提供肿瘤领域专业支持；评估并推动临床前候选分子的里程碑决策。
• Leadership on the new target proposal, validation. Deep understanding of tumor immunology and in vivo tumor efficacy models; and drive the preclinical development of mAb, bispecific, TCE and ADC in oncology. 主导新靶点立项、验证，熟悉肿瘤免疫、体内肿瘤药效模型，推动单抗、双抗、TCE、ADC在肿瘤领域的临床前研发。
• Lead lead optimization, PCC nomination, and discovery-to-IND transition with cross-functional CMC/pharmacology/toxicology/bioanalytics partners. 主导先导优化、PCC 提名，以及与 CMC、药理、毒理、生物分析等跨职能团队协作完成从早研到 IND 的交接。 Requirements:
• PhD degree in immunology, Cancer Biology, or relevant cell biology field. ＞6-year industry or PI experience in oncology drug discovery. The title is flexible depending upon experience and qualifications. 免疫学，肿瘤生物学或相关细胞生物学领域博士学位；在肿瘤学药物发现方向具备6年以上工业界经验或独立PI 经历。具体 title 根据经验与资历灵活定档。
• Deep understanding of oncology, familiar with emerging new science and/or technologies in antibody drug discovery.

• Track record of leading oncology drug discovery programs from target discovery to preclinic and clinic.

有领导肿瘤学药物发现项目从靶点发现推进至临床前及临床阶段的完整业绩记录。

• Good communication skills and quick learner to adapt to the fast-growing biotech industry. Fluent in English and excellent English scientific presentation skills. Effective collaboration with colleagues and partners. 沟通能力良好，学习能力强，能快速适应高速发展的生物科技行业；英文流利，具备优秀的英文科学汇报能力。与同事及合作伙伴高效协作。
