该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 航空级逆变器功率回路、SiC功率器件、驱动、采样、EMC电路设计； 2. 高压绝缘、防浪涌、低气压电弧抑制、DO-160 EMC设计； 3. PCB布局、热布局、功率模块散热设计； 4. 硬件可靠性、过流/过压/短路保护电路开发。 岗位要求： 1. 电力电子本科及以上；熟悉SiC驱动、航空高压安全规范； 2.会Altium/Cadence，懂机载EMC、防雷、绝缘耐压标准。
