Description and Requirements

岗位描述：

1.参与定点评审、新供应商准入二方审核，审核供应商机加工、钎焊 / 扩散焊、清洗、密封装配、压力测试、检漏产线能力；识别五新风险（新材料、新工艺、新工装、新供方、新冷却液配方）。

2.评审部件 PFMEA、控制计划；识别特殊特性：冷板流道尺寸、平面度、粗糙度、焊接焊缝、耐压、泄漏率、热阻、流量、扭矩、密封压缩量、冷却液离子 / 电导率指标。

3.样品、试产物料质量把关，FAI 首件审核；核对图纸、关键尺寸、焊接、检漏、压力循环测试报告；推动完成 PPAP 资料交付与批准。

4.试产问题闭环：处理冷板热阻偏大、流量偏差、微漏、接头装配干涉、内部杂质颗粒；区分是设计问题还是供应商制程问题，推动供方 8D 闭环。

5.协同热、结构、可靠性团队，定义 IQC 检验规范：外观、关键尺寸、水压耐压、氦检检漏、热阻抽样要求；对齐供方 OQC 检验方法，消除检验偏差（MSA）。

岗位要求：

1.学历本科及以上；

2.在服务器部件领域有3年以上工作经验；

3.具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户、研发、供应链、服务等各方高效沟通，协同解决各类问题；

4.熟练运用 PFMEA、NUDD、DFX等质量管理工具，有六西格玛实际项目经验者优先。
