高级项目工程师/项目经理(零部件认证)-汽车服务部

Your Tasks

• Project focus (60%) Manage and handle automotive general safety components homologation and test projects; 管理和处理汽车通用安全部件的认证和测试项目； Learn regulations, test methods, homologation rules and be able to communicate internally/externally; 学习相关法规、测试方法、认证规则，并具备良好的内部/外部沟通能力；
• Business (20%) Promote TÜV SÜD Automotive services under responsibility; 推广所负责的TÜV SÜD汽车服务； Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients; 定期维护、发展和扩大我们在现有客户中的份额； Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target; 支持销售团队开发新客户，以完成订单目标； Identify and maintain the test laboratories as our business partner; 确定并维护测试实验室作为我们的业务合作伙伴； Collect and deliver the market information of competitors, new service, share etc; 收集并传递竞争对手、新服务、共享等市场信息。
• Competence (10%) Expand the company's business influence in own product field; 扩大公司在自身产品领域的业务影响力； Act as technical process owner for certain product scope, optimize related technical process, test protocol,test report template etc; 扩大公司在自身产品领域的业务影响力； Ensure effective communication and cooperation within/cross departments; 确保内部/跨部门的有效沟通与合作； Experience organizing and sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis; 在BL知识管理的基础上组织和分享经验； Follow the business line operational procedure; 遵循业务线的操作流程； Implement the training course under the BL’s plan and assignment; 在BL的计划和分配下实施培训课程；
• Others (10%) Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager 完成报告经理分配的其他任务

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle, mechanical and related area; 本科以上学历，车辆、机械或相关专业
• At least 3 years’ experience in automotive TIC market or automotive manufacturing industry; 3年以上汽车TIC市场或汽车制造行业工作经验；
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven; 成熟、自律、以结果为导向；
• Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills to establish positive relations; 较强的跨文化和人际交往能力，建立积极的关系；
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills; 表达能力清晰，沟通能力强；
• Alternatively sales, marketing, business development work experience in the automotive industry is preferred; 有汽车行业销售、市场、业务拓展工作经验者优先；
• Be fluent and skillful in spoken and written English, minimum CET4; 英语读写流利，英语四级以上；
