This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area, including both distribution and merchandising at retail wholesale level. Responsible for people development, coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

1、大专及以上学历5年以上快消行业特殊渠道/新渠道管理经验

2、熟悉快消品市场有特殊渠道/新渠道客户资源优先

3、抗压能力强果断、拥有必赢与坚韧的心态

4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧。

What will be your key responsibilities?

1、带领团队负责河南特殊渠道的客户开发和管理工作协调及跟进各个城市群特渠目标分配及达成

2、管理区域内特渠重点客户包括政企团购封闭渠道、高校、休闲娱乐、景区、餐饮食堂配送和出行等同步协调区域执行团队在门店的优异执行定期生意回顾和分享

3、跨部门协作协调和指导相关城市群同事推进特殊渠道业务运行

4、根据总部和大区的特殊渠道制度、政策、流程和规范制定全省特殊渠道执行方案并推动新渠道目标达成。

5、制定特渠开发及推动计划找到新的增长点

6、制定特渠预算及资源分配完成业务增长目标
