工作內容

負責開發與維護自動化相關程式，運用 Python 建置自動化流程；導入 AI Agent 等 AI 工具協助流程自動化；參與 CI/CD 持續整合流程，使用 Jenkins 與 Git 完成程式版本控管、程式簽入等作業，與團隊協作推進專案落地。

資格條件

✅ 必備

1. 2–3 年軟體開發相關經歷，精通 Python 程式開發，具備自動化開發實務經驗

2. 接觸過 AI 工具（Agent），可運用於流程自動化場景

✨ 加分

1. 有 CI/CD 持續整合相關實務經驗

2. 熟悉 Jenkins，具備 Git 程式簽入、版本管理經驗

Job Description

Develop and maintain automation scripts with Python to build automated workflows. Leverage AI tools such as agents for automation implementation. Participate in CI/CD pipelines, utilize Jenkins and Git for source code management and code check-in activities, collaborate with cross-functional technical team to deliver project tasks.

Requirements

Must-have

1. 2–3 years hands-on experience in software development, proficient in Python programming with solid automation development experience.

2. Exposure to AI tools (agents) applied in automation use cases.

Preferred

1. Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines

2. Working knowledge of Jenkins and git check-in / source control operations
