中厨房厨师(炒锅）

【岗位职责】 1、炒锅厨师职位空缺。 2、负责中餐菜品的烹饪制作，确保出品质量稳定、口味正宗； 3、按照标准食谱和操作流程进行备料、加工、烹制，保证食品安全与卫生； 4、协助研发新菜品，定期更新菜单，提升顾客用餐体验； 5、维护厨房设备及工具，保持工作区域整洁有序； 6、配合团队完成每日餐品准备及高峰期出餐任务； 7、遵守酒店规章制度，严格执行厨房操作规范； 8、炒锅厨师职位空缺。

【岗位要求】 1、具备中餐烹饪基础技能，熟悉粤菜或其他菜系者优先； 2、能适应快节奏工作环境，具备团队协作意识； 3、对食材新鲜度及卫生标准有严格要求； 4、身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有健康证； 5、愿意学习提升厨艺，服从工作安排； 6、炒锅相关工作经验3年以上。
