Please be prepared for an English interview with our international colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and develop strategy to protect Emerging Customers in China, with a focus on mass health and other relevant retail/Group propositions.
• Closely work and get support from the AXA EC global team to localize global EC strategy.
• Provide timely business guidance and support to branches and coordinate with country product, underwriting, operations, claims, finance and marketing teams to ensure that the partnership strategies and propositions are quickly implemented.
• Develop new distribution partnerships, especially with organizations that have established trust of large numbers of low-income to mass market consumers. Requirements:
• Major in Finance, Insurance or equivalent. Technical insurance qualifications are a plus.
• New graduate is welcomed.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English is a must.
• Ability to work in a transversal manner with different functions with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Solid strategic mindset with hands-on operational experience and understanding.
