The Europe–Asia Economic Summit (EAES) is a neutral, non-political and non-profit international business platform connecting companies, investors, institutions and innovation ecosystems across Europe, Asia and the Gulf .

EAES 2027 will take place from 16–18 June 2027 at the Congress Center Davos, Switzerland .

As we strengthen our European activities, we are looking for an internationally minded International Partnership Coordinator based in Vienna.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You will work closely with the Founder and EAES team, supporting senior-level communication, external engagement and executive coordination across Europe.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Draft invitation letters, partnership proposals and senior-level correspondence

• Research potential partners, participants, speakers and institutions

• Conduct targeted outreach to companies, chambers, investors and institutional stakeholders

• Coordinate meetings, prepare briefings and manage follow-up actions

• Maintain partnership pipelines and help move opportunities forward

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Ideally 3–6 years of professional experience in international business, partnerships, consulting, executive coordination or stakeholder engagement

Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English

• Strong judgment and confidence communicating with senior executives and institutional leaders

• Ability to research independently and translate information into practical next steps

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with limited supervision

• Confident using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, drafting and productivity

• Experience with chambers, international organisations, consulting or business development is an advantage

The position combines a fixed base salary with performance-based commission .

For the right person, the role may develop into a broader European partnerships or business development position as EAES grows.
