최적의 생산성과 품질을 달성하도록 조율하는 핵심 직무입니다.
현장과의 긴밀한 협조를 통해 생산계획의 실행력과 효율성을 확보하고,
납기 준수 및 원가 절감을 위한 생산 체계를 구축합니다.

2. 주요 업무

• 수주/납기 기반 생산계획 수립 및 일정 관리
• 자재 소요량 분석 및 발주 계획 수립
• 공정별 작업지시 발행 및 생산 실적 관리
• 생산 차질, 불량, 납기 이슈 발생 시 조정 및 개선
• 현장 실적 분석을 통한 생산성 향상 및 원가 절감 추진

3. 우대사항

• 제조업(사출, 금형, 자동차부품 등) 생산관리 경험자
• ERP, MES 등 생산정보시스템 활용 경험자
• 원가·납기·재고 관리 등 분석 능력 보유자
• 부서 간 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자

1. Job Summary

The Production Management role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all manufacturing processes to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and product quality.
This position plays a key role in aligning production schedules with customer orders, managing materials and resources, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on order and delivery requirements
• Plan and control material requirements and purchasing timelines
• Issue work orders and monitor production performance by process
• Address and resolve production delays, quality issues, and delivery risks
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production management within a manufacturing environment (injection molding, tooling, or automotive parts)
• Familiarity with ERP/MES or production information systems
• Strong analytical skills in cost, delivery, and inventory control
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
