- 负责房源销售及客户接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务
- 陪同客户看房，促成二手房买卖或租赁业务成交
- 通过线上渠道进行房源信息推广和网络引流，开发潜在客户
- 维护客户关系，跟进客户购房/租房全流程服务
任职要求：
- 房地产行业相关经验3年（应届生可放宽）
- 熟悉二手房交易流程及当地房产政策
- 具备良好的网络推广能力和客户开发技巧
- 有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力
