该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.电控开发：负责整车控制器/电机控制器系统方案与开发，完成控制策略设计与系统需求分解。 2.匹配标定：负责电控系统匹配调校，包括动力性、经济性、驾驶性标定。 3.平台协同：与技术委专家、供应商协同推进电控平台化开发。 4.标准沉淀：沉淀电控开发规范与测试标准。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业 2、熟悉CANape/INCA等标定工具，熟悉电机控制原理与整车控制策略 3、有3年以上电动车、摩托车、汽车的动力系统CAE仿真经验，具备电控系统开发全流程能力
