实习生公共关系（公共事务部）

职位来源于实习僧。

主要职责: 协助制定并执行对外传讯策略、活动、流程和渠道，支持上海迪士尼度假区的业务目标。 撰写并传达与度假区开发和未来运营相关的关键信息和材料。 新媒体内容产出，包括但不限于文字、短视频、照片等形式。 发展和维护媒体资料库。 支持组织媒体参与的活动。 在规定的时间内高效、准确地完成任务。 确保每一份传讯材料都按照规定正确使用术语、语法、图像及名称；确保所有传讯内容均符合法律和相关指导原则。 支持对外传讯部门的日常行政工作，例如根据需要支持采购订单等。 资格要求: 公共事务、新闻、传媒或其他相关领域专业 有公共事务及相关领域实习经验者优先 熟练使用Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 擅长捕捉网络热点，熟练使用视频号/抖音/ 小红书等平台，有一定的文案功底 有一定视频剪辑、图片PS能力者优先 优秀的口头/书面表达能力，中英文流利 团队合作能力 注重细节 热爱传讯行业，了解中国媒体行业，包括报刊、电视、网络和社交媒体。 Responsibilities: Support the execution of external communications strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles that support the business objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort. Support the development and communication of key messages and information related to the development and future operations of the resort. Visual content creation, including but not limited to text, short videos, photos, etc. Support media database management and maintenance. Support the organization of media engagement activities. Accomplish all assignments effectively, accurately and within established timeframe. Ensure that guidelines for the proper use of nomenclature, grammar, graphics and the product/name are met in every communication piece. Support External Communication team’s daily administration work, such as purchase order placement, as needed. Required Qualifications: Major in Public Affairs, Journalism, Communications or other relevant areas. Previous internship experience in Public Affairs or relevant areas preferred. Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment. Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Good sense to capture social hot topics, proficient in using social platforms and tools, including Video accounts/Douyin/Red, copywriting skills required. Capabilities of video editing and photo PS is preferred. Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Good team player Detail-oriented Demonstrate passion in working in Communications industry and understanding Chinese media, including print, TV, online and social media.
