1．优化关键备件和高价值备件的管理。Optimize the management for key spare parts and high-value spare parts 目标Target: 1) 重新评估关键备件清单和库存数量Reevaluate the critical spare parts list and inventory quantity. 2) 优化采购周期和流程Optimize purchasing lead time and process. 3) 高价值备件国产化，本地替代，降减成本high-value spare parts Localization, local parts replace, and try to reduce the cost. 2．配合清理盘点备件库存 support the management of storage 3．配合IP，5S，HSE，20分钟审查的行动管理 support action management of IP,5S,HSE,20 minutes audit. 4．配合部门项目进展管理 support project management 5．配合RFQ，PR的采购进展管理 support procedure management of RFQ,PR 6．配合翻译编写维护技术文件 support to translate and write the technology files. 7．配合预算使用管理 support the budget using management 8．配合TPM，维修执行总结管理 support the TPM and repair implement management. 9．其它行政事务 other administration affairs.
