About the role

Responsible for the full execution and advancement of localized recruitment in Thailand or Malaysia, completing hiring tasks for various positions. The role includes developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with local universities and enterprises, driving school-enterprise collaboration projects, and assuming partial HRBP functions to support the human resource needs of business teams.

• Drive the implementation of school-enterprise collaboration projects
• Assume partial HRBP functions and support the human resource needs of business teams
• Provide recruitment-related consulting and solutions

About you

• Reside in Thailand or Malaysia and be able to work locally on a long-term, stable basis
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay or Thai is preferred
• Have work experience in recruitment or human resources; familiarity with the local talent market is preferred
• Possess good professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
