• ACS Channel Expansion, Ensure that revenue and profits are achieved as per the targets
• ACS Channel operation mode sorted out and optimized, covering the progress from order placement to dilivery and service.
• The ACS pricing strategy sort out and annuouncement
• ACS dealer sales performance operation，sell out upgrade，display / stands /marketing materials implemention bases on the standard
• ACS Yearly marketing plan output and the monthly review the implemention and summary
