Job Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas project personnel, including requirement alignment, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling & coordination, interview follow-up, offer negotiation and onboarding arrangement.
2. Maintain candidate talent pool, track recruitment progress and update recruitment reports timely to ensure candidates join on schedule for the project.
3. Perform other basic HR administrative tasks such as employee record maintenance, document collection and HR-related liaison work.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience; experience in overseas / Southeast Asia project recruitment is preferred.
2. Language Proficiency:

• For Bangkok, Thailand location: Native-level Thai language, English and Chinese as working languages.
• For Putrajaya, Malaysia location: English and Chinese as working languages.

1. Familiar with full-cycle recruitment process, strong communication and coordination skills, capable of independently driving recruitment projects.
2. Detail-oriented with good time management skills, able to adapt to local HR & recruitment rhythm in Southeast Asia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bahasa Malaysia capability
• Familiarity with local recruitment channels in Southeast Asia; prior recruitment experience in IT / engineering roles is a plus.
