工作內容

·       透過電話主動聯絡捐助者及支持者，提供關懷及客戶服務跟進（非銷售性質，毋須達成籌款目標）

·       處理資料輸入及更新工作，確保客戶及捐款資料準確完整

·       協助日常行政工作，包括信件處理和庫存盤點。

·       支援團隊運作及完成上司委派的其他工作

·       HKDSE/HKCEE或以上學歷。歡迎大學生、副學士/高等文憑學生或應屆畢業生申請。將提供在職培訓。

·       良好的中英文溝通能力（包括粵語和普通話）及書寫能力。

·       懂使用 Microsoft Word、Excel 及中文輸入法

·       做事細心、有責任感，具良好溝通及團隊合作精神

·       認同NGO理念，並樂於透過工作服務社會

Job Description

We are an international NGO looking for a passionate Customer Service staff member to join the team to engage our donors and supporters by providing excellent customer service and supporting the department's logistics.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver professional customer service via outbound warm calls, with no fundraising targets required.
• Perform data entry and update customer information and transactions in the database.
• Assist with departmental administrative tasks, including lettershop and stock counting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• HKCEE/DSE or above. University students, Associate/Higher Diploma students, or fresh graduates are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel, and Chinese word processing
• A team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about working in the NGO industry and motivated by our Plan’s values

• Working Hours: Flexible schedule during weekdays
• Availability for 2 to 4 weekday shifts per week (4 hours per shift) in weekdays is highly preferred.
