About the role

This is a branch management position at Mr.Smile Dental Clinic responsible for overseeing daily operations, team management, and business performance at the clinic branch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive branch sales by managing and supervising the sales team or treatment advisors to close sales at the branch and achieve company-set KPIs
• Conduct marketing activities by planning and promoting various promotional campaigns and sales activities to attract customers and increase service users
• Manage the appointment system by controlling patient scheduling to align with dentist availability and prevent overlaps or delays
• Elevate service standards by supervising the reception team and improving service quality to create positive impressions and good relationships with patients
• Handle complaints by receiving patient complaints and resolving issues appropriately and promptly
• Manage financial systems by verifying financial accuracy, billing, revenue and expenses, and summarizing daily branch reports
• Coordinate and report results by summarizing problems, obstacles, and performance to report to the clinic owner or central management
• Control inventory and equipment by managing inventory, checking and controlling the issuance of medical equipment and consumable supplies to ensure adequate supply for dentist use
• Control expenses by monitoring and controlling operational expenses within the approved budget
• Schedule work shifts by planning and scheduling work hours, days off, and leave for branch staff including receptionists, dental assistants, and sales staff
• Schedule dentists by coordinating and scheduling dentist shifts to ensure adequate coverage and alignment with patient numbers
• Monitor standards and evaluate performance by maintaining discipline, checking work standards, developing and training staff, and evaluating team performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of team management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and other AI programs
• Able to communicate in English
• Creative and up-to-date with online trends
• Strong emotional control and ability to handle and resolve immediate problems
• Excellent communication skills, good teamwork, responsible, and willing to learn new things
• Able to work 6 days per week with clinic hours 10:00-20:00
• Experience in beauty clinic or dental business is considered a special advantage
